Mid-century inspired Toddler Chairs
A new level of quality and aesthetic sophistication for toddler furnishings.
The Kannor Arm Chair & Sofa Bench is a mid-century design inspired chair collection, custom manufactured exclusively for Ulferts Canada. It features sturdy, solid oak wood frames, tufted upholstered cushions, and iconic mid-century styling in a toddler-sized format.
RICHMOND, British Columbia -- January 8, 2016 -- Ulferts Furniture (Canada) Inc. announces the launch of their long-awaited, mid-century design inspired Kannor Toddler Arm Chair and Sofa Bench. This collection is custom-made exclusively for Ulferts Canada and is made available under the UX and Ulferts Kids labels
The process of sourcing an experienced and reliable manufacturer overseas to customize and produce the Kannor line took many months from concept to production. Ultimately, a manufacturer experienced with stringent Japanese & S. Korean quality control was commissioned by Ulferts Canada.
"We knew that in order to bring a truly unique product to market, it was no longer about sourcing available products like the majority of other furniture retailers. So we sought a reputable manufacturer whereby we could walk through each step of the design & manufacturing process." said Jason Chiu, Ulferts' managing director of Ulferts Kids Designs. "The result is a unique, mid-century style arm chair and sofa bench that features an aesthetic and level of quality not often seen in children's furniture."
Key features of the Kannor line include: ash-stained solid oak wood frames, tufted button cushions, and lines inspired by Hans Wegner's iconic creations.
As Ulferts Kids Designs Inc. (the early learning furniture division of Ulferts Group) amalgamates its operational team in Q1 2016 with their parent company, Ulferts Furniture, it plans to continue launching more in-house and locally designed furniture products.
Ulferts Furniture Canada Inc. supplies quality modern home furnishings and indoor educational and play furnishings to customers in and neighbouring Richmond, BC.
